Shipping Policy

  • Our Standard Shipping carrier is Canada Post for most deliveries, in order to accommodate all shipping needs across Canada.  Canada Post will deliver your package to the address indicated on your order. If there is no one available to receive the order, Canada Post will hold your parcel at the closest post office where you will be able to pick it up within a set time frame. In the event the parcel is refused or not picked up within this time frame, it will be sent back to our Warehouse with the option of re-shipping at cost or a refund less the shipping charges incurred. 
  • Tracking is available through Canada Post and will indicate the estimated delivery date. Times are estimates only, and cannot be guaranteed. No compensation will be offered for late deliveries. 
  • Express and Priority shipping may be available at an additional cost.
  • Flammable items not eligible for air shipping due to government regulated shipping standards.
  • Shipping estimates do not include packing or fulfillment time (2-3 business days) - please order accordingly.
  • Akzentz Canada is not responsible for incorrectly delivered items, or returned orders caused by incorrect addresses. Please carefully review your address before placing an order.
  • Refunds/credits for returned orders will be refunded less shipping charges.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable once the courier has accepted the package.
